The Best Walmart Memorial Day Deals: TVs, Gaming Laptops, and More

Summer unofficially kicks off this weekend, and Walmart has tons of stuff on sale to cop now and last through the season. I've combed through the site to find some of the best summer time savings on stuff you need to make summer 2018 a fully-realized celebration of the best things in life: grilling food, warm weather, PC games and ultra-high resolution televisions.
The best sale items for Memorial Day at Walmart center around summertime activities. If you're after more deals on computers, the Dell Memorial Day Sale is where I recommend going if you want to play PUBG at high settings while you wait for your burgers to cook. But Walmart has some solid Intel i7-equipped laptops you can bring with you to the barbecue, too.
Here are some of the highlights of Walmart's Memorial Day savings.
4K Televisions on Sale
If you're in need of a new television, or looking to upgrade, the time is now. Walmart has huge TVs on clearance, so you could get a monstrous new 4K set with all the bells and whistles for under a thousand bucks. There are even some 75-inch sets on sale, so you could basically convert an entire wall in your living space into a television set.
Hisense 49-inch 4K HDR Smart TV for $219
This one technically isn't on clearance, it's just the least-expensive TV I can find with all these features. For $219 (and free shipping) you get ultra-high resolution, HDR, and smart features, all in a 49-inch set.

This one is no slouch, but it trades some of the hardware features like GPU and an SSD for a very nice RGB keyboard. The 1050 is a perfectly acceptable GPU and is pretty powerful, but it won't touch the 1060 equipped machines up there. Still worth checking out.
Grills
You need a grill in your life, and Walmart has a ton of them on sale right now. Cooking over fire is the reason we're all sitting on our computers and not gnawing on a deer bone, trying to suck out the raw marrow. Fire brought us civilization, and we should honor its contributions to the betterment of our lives by drinking beers and cooking meats over its life-giving heat.

This grill is great if you don't have a lot of space. Just look at how adorable it is. It has 3 burners, so there's plenty of heat, but you can fit it into tight spots way more easily. Perfect if you have a small lawn or apartment balcony.
